3. Analytics and Diagnostics

We use third-party analytics and diagnostic services to help us understand how Crivent is used and to improve the app. These services collect information about your interaction with the app, such as the screens you visit, buttons you press, session duration, device type, and general usage trends.

• Crivent uses Firebase Analytics for product analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting.
• In the mobile app, we do not collect or use any advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA) for marketing or cross-app tracking.
• Crash reports may be associated with a user identifier (Supabase user ID) for debugging and support purposes only.
• We do not collect or store personal data (such as email or phone number) through these services without your consent.
• Analytics and diagnostic data is used solely to improve Crivent's performance and user experience.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website (crivent.com) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for advertising and analytics purposes.

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to deliver relevant ads to you on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel collects information such as page views and browsing activity on our site.
• Consent: Cookies are only set after you provide consent via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit. You may accept or refuse cookies at any time.
• Withdrawing consent: You can withdraw your cookie consent by clearing your browser's cookies and local storage for our website. The cookie banner will then reappear on your next visit, allowing you to make a new choice.

Note: The Crivent mobile app does not use cookies or the Meta Pixel. Mobile app analytics are handled by Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics as described in section 3.

• With Event Organizers: To facilitate event management and participation.
• With Service Providers: Who assist us in operating and improving our services (e.g., hosting, analytics).

8. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Crivent account directly in the app. Go to your Profile tab, open Login & Security, and select Delete Account at the bottom of the page. Once submitted, we will review and process the request and delete your account and associated data within 7 days.
